Assessment Fees & Payment Information
I provide private ADHD and autism assessments for adults, children and young people in Leicester, Derby, Nottingham & Sheffield. All assessments follow National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines.
An initial phone consultation is required before deciding whether to proceed to a full assessment is the best option.
INITIAL PHONE CONSULTATION
Initial 20 minute phone consultation and screening questionnaires – £75
The phone consultation is used to discuss the difficulties you or your child are experiencing and to determine whether a full assessment would be appropriate, or whether a different type of psychological assessment or service may be more suitable.
If you decide to proceed with a full assessment, the cost of the phone consultation is deducted from your final assessment fee.
Autism Assessment Fees
Full autism assessment, diagnosis and report – £1,995
Payment is made in two instalments:
- £997.50 (50%) payable prior to the assessment process
- £997.50 (50%) payable prior to release of the final report
Autism assessments are available for adults and for children and young people aged 6 years and above.
ADHD Assessment Fees
Full ADHD assessment, diagnosis and report – £1,500
Payment is made in two instalments:
- £750 (50%) payable to secure the assessment appointment
- £750 (50%) payable prior to release of the final report
ADHD assessments are available for both adults and children.
Optional Post-Diagnostic Feedback Session
50 minute feedback consultation – £150
An optional up to one-hour consultation is available to discuss the assessment report, findings and recommendations in more detail.
What is included in the assessment fee?
All full assessment fees include:
- Clinical assessment conducted in line with NICE guidelines
- Use of gold-standard diagnostic tools where appropriate
- A detailed written report provided in a password-protected format
- Clear conclusions and practical recommendations
